 This Fallout/Call of Duty crossover is run by The Wastelord as a simple Loot Loop, where Bottle Caps fall during play to then become Fallout cosmetics within the event tab.

 Quantum Exchange Black Ops 7 is from January 15, 2019 to January 29, 2020. The Quantum Exchange ending date will be a shock for the late grinders. Quantum Exchange's bottle cap system is simple - players can get caps through Multiplayer, Endgame or Zombies. Warzone will also give you caps if they loot caches.
